The base is a kettle-soured beer fermented with lactic acid bacteria. It offers a clean profile and flavor, with acidity perfectly balanced by the body and sweetness of real fruit juices. Why double? Because the pressed grapefruit juice was added literally by the barrel! And how does that pair with lychee? Brilliantly, of course!
